Our Principals from Singapore and also Owner and Fishing Masters from Japan fly in to our office to conduct face to face interview to recruit 11 crews.

They require crew to fill positions for their Longline Fishing Vessels with various ranks including; Bosun, AIM, Deck Hand and Oiler.

This interview was prepared for a crew scheduled to be deployed at the beginning of April 2017 with a contract of 18-20 months operating in Pacific Ocean.

Above is a picture of an interview held on Tuesday, 7th March 2017. Recruited crews in a briefing held by our Crewing Manager to explain and give directions regarding their new jobs while other staff was preparing their Passports and Seaman’s Book.
