In accordance with our Company's Vision & Mission, Kandarra is constantly improving the way in which our Crew is recruited. We strive to make it easier, simpler and faster in order to satisfy and meet the demands of our Clients.

Our most recent development was to create a system which broadcasts e-mails to all our Marine Crew (Rating Class to Officer).

This is part of our effort to be able to quickly react and to comply according to our Client's needs should there be any urgent and unexpected situations in which a Crew is needed in short notice.
