Face to face interview !

Our Principals and Fishing Masters fly in from Singapore and Japan to our office to conduct face to face interviews to recruit 9 crews.

They require crew to fill positions for their longline fishing vessels with various ranks including; Cook Asst., Oiler, and Deck Hand (AB).

This interview was prepared for a crew scheduled to be deployed at the end of March 2017 with a contract of 24 months operating in Peru.

Above is a picture of an interview held on Thursday, 16th Feb 2017. Recruited crews in a briefing held by our Crewing Manager to explain and give directions regarding their new jobs.
