Face to Face Interview

Our Principals and Fishing Masters fly in from Singapore and Japan to our office to conduct face to face interviews to recruit 18 crews.






They require crew to fill positions for their longline fishing vessels with various ranks including; ice master, asst ice master, oiler, cook, quarter master and deck hand (AB).

This interview was prepared for a crew scheduled to be deployed at the end of August 2016 with a contract of 8-10 months operating in Cape Town - Las Palmas.
